September in 35mm

I found an expired disposable camera from 2000 in my closet during a clean up this summer and I’ve been sort’ve taken with the idea of a really simple, no frills point and shoot ever since. I also broke down and bought a pack of Superia, to load up the Canonet once or twice. I do this every time I shoot a roll or two of film! I just want to jump right back in to it–I had to stop myself from buying a new set of C41 chemicals.. and I’m still thinking about picking up one of those cheap plastic point and shoots so I don’t waste too much money on disposables (and it’s getting harder and harder to find any sort of “cheap 35mm point and shoot” on eBay for less than $100 anymore). I might just grab a dubblefilm SHOW, because I’m easily swayed by bright colors..

You can tell that this film was nearly old enough to drink and I’m not sure the flash had much umph left in it, either. But I’m eager to put together a photo album full of actual prints to document my 37th year and I think we’re off to a good start.
