What better way to spend the first day of a new year than roaming around our favorite lake, trying out the 80-200mm.. I really only use it to shoot dog sports/shows and it doesn’t get a lot of play with me and Alf because of how far away I have to be. He’s got a good Stay, but I can really only use this lens when I’ve got an extra set of hands to help handle him.
But I do love it, and this might be the year I upgrade to something that can be swapped between my D500 and Z5 without losing auto-focus abilities.
