This sweet boy is a foster pup crashing at our place for the moment — his name is Sid, aka Woim, aka Costanza, aka GA (for “Good Alfie”, ha!) and he has been an absolute joy and a salve for my raging puppy fever.
It’s been a surprisingly busy last couple of weeks around here — school is back in full swing, a new job, a foster puppy, the ever-looming culling, editing and posting of my 10k photo backlog of 2021 — but I was sure to make time in the studio for these Valentine-perfect adoption photos.

I am such a puppy person. I love everything about them, even housebreaking. Even the toe-biting. Even the CIA-levels of surveillance needed to make sure they’re not getting into trouble. It’s going to be hard to let this guy go on to his forever home, but I know my limits. Two dogs is enough, and my next puppy is going to be something special!

We will be back to our regularly scheduled program of graveyards and country roads shortly.
